Our Promise to You
We at Tohi Tea stand by the quality of our products — and your happiness! If you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Because our teas and apothecary products are crafted in small batches and are consumable, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or unopened packages except in special cases. But if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t meet your expectations, reach out to us at teatime@tohitea.com within 7 days and we’ll work with you on a solution — whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Tea Is Personal
We understand that tea preferences are very personal — one person’s favorite blend might be another’s least favorite.
• If you’re trying a new tea for the first time, we recommend starting with a sample size before ordering in bulk.
• Experiment with steeping methods — adjusting the water temperature, steeping time, or tea quantity often makes all the difference.
• Remember, tea is a ritual. Small changes can completely transform your cup.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? Email us at teatime@tohitea.com right away.• If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel and issue a full refund.
• If your order has shipped, you’ll need to follow our return process.
Tea & Apothecary Products
Because our teas and wellness products are consumable and made in small batches, we cannot accept returns on opened or unopened items, except in special cases.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at teatime@tohitea.com with your order number and photos.
We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Refund Eligibility
• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
1. Re-check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company.
3. Contact your bank.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, email us at teatime@tohitea.com.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If a refund is approved, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• For returns over $75, we recommend a trackable service or shipping insurance.
